Batchstack provides free guides, a free application grader, and a free video course to help founders prepare accelerator applications. Everything is provided as-is: educational content and writing feedback, not legal, financial, or investment advice.

Independence

Batchstack and Uncapped are independent and are not sponsored, operated, or endorsed by Y Combinator. Y Combinator, YC, Techstars, and Neo are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts require a working email address you own. Accounts used to abuse the service (automated scraping, attempts to disrupt the tools, or impersonation) may be closed.

The tools

The Application Grader reviews writing quality only and never estimates your odds, chances, or probability of admission anywhere. Its feedback is guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome. Admission decisions belong to the programs themselves. The deadline countdown reflects publicly published dates, verified on the date shown next to it; always confirm the live deadline on the program's own site before relying on it.

Content

Course videos, guides, and tool output are for your personal use in preparing your own application. Quotes from named founders are presented verbatim with attribution. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
